Peter’s experience within the Mechanical Services Industry has spanned for 28 years uninterrupted. Peter is responsible and accountable for the performance of the Dewpoint Group. He has developed and continues to advance strategic operating plans that reflect the longer term objectives and priorities of the company. Peter has formed strong relationships with a number of major builders in Queensland over the years, and leads the Dewpoint Group to be amongst the most reputable HVAC contractors in the industry.

Silvio has considerable experience in the Mechanical Services industry, spanning the past 32 years. Advancing from a trade apprentice, through to site management and project management, Silvio possesses an impressive all round practical and technical proficiency of the HVAC Industry in his role as Projects Director.
Silvio has successfully managed a wide range of National Projects comprising of Commercial & Residential Buildings, Hospitals, Universities, Laboratories (inc PC3 & PC4) and Research Facilities, and Shopping Centres.

Robert has been involved in the HVAC industry for 22 years and has been a Project Manager for over 14 years. He has delivered successful projects across a variety of sectors including Healthcare, Correctional Facilities, Universities, Laboratories (incl PC2 and PC3), Pharmaceutical and Commercial buildings.
Robert spent a number of years working in Special Projects (projects that involve live buildings) that need to be carried out without interrupting the day to day operation of the systems.
As a Project Director Robert accepts responsibility for the entire project delivery. He is involved in all aspects of the project providing strong leadership and fostering a team environment with open communication between key stakeholders. This ensures the best outcomes when it comes to safety, staff development, long term relationships and project finalisation.

Mark has over 20 years experience in the construction industry and has design and construct management expertise across all building services trades. He has completed multiple projects in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney of varying complexity and scale including highly technical ESD and critical infrastructure projects.
Mark is recognised for his work in the development of co/tri-generation systems within the construction industry. Through the design, construction and completion of NABERS Energy/Water and Green Star projects, Mark has seen first hand the benefits of providing building services ‘smart’ systems that can assist with efficient building tuning and ensuring that the most economical operation is achieved and improved upon. He utilises his extensive experience in managing NABERS and ESD projects to ensure that Mechanical, Electrical and Energy systems are designed, installed and commissioned to the highest standard with a strong focus on operational safety and reliability.
