Dewpoint Group is please to announce Hutchinson Builders has awarded it the D&C contract for the 310 Ann St, commercial office building in Brisbane City. The project comprises approximately 20,000m2 NLA of PCA A Grade office space. The building is targeting a 5 star As Built Office rating v.3 and 4.5 star NABERS rating. The contract value is approximately $8m.
