Dewpoint Group Awarded Contract for Bolton Clarke Fernhill Redevelopment.

We are pleased to announce that Hansen Yuncken has awarded the Dewpoint Group the Design & Construct contract for the award winning Bolton Clarke Fernhill Redevelopment.  Work on the multi-storey residential, aged care facility has commenced and completion is forecast in 2020.  The $48 million Stage 1 works will comprise the construction of a new five storey Residential Care Building.  When all stages are complete it will provide a home for 162 residents.
