Griffith University – HATRIC Project Award
Dewpoint Group is proud to announce that we have been awarded the $14m Health and Technology Research Innovation Centre (HATRIC) Project at Griffith University on the Gold Coast with ADCO Constructions.
This health technology building will manufacture cell therapies for spinal injuries, malaria vaccine development and test medical devices.
The project includes:
- Manufacturing Cleanrooms
- Research Laboratories (PC2, DAFF BC2, OGTR PC2 )
- Fume Cupboards
- Laboratory Gases
- Cold Rooms
- Dedicated water-cooled Chilled Water Plant
- Dedicated Air-sourced Heat Pumps for heating hot water
- Building Management System
