MOBO Building, South Brisbane, QLD

Through collaborative work with Hutchinson Builders and WSP we at Dewpoint Group are delighted to report excellent progress on MOBO, this sub tropically designed Commercial Building being built on the corner of Merivale Street and Tribune streets in South Brisbane. This modern design by BVN consists of 14 floors encompassing 17,000sqm of 5 Star NABERS rated Office space, as well as ventilated façade zones with significant integrated vertically landscaped garden areas at elevated ‘podium’ and roof levels, as well as street level. This is due for completion in September of this year.
