We are extremely excited to announce that Dewpoint has been selected as the Design & Construct Mechanical  Contractor on this new 45,000 sqm of net lettable area (NLA) premium grade office development in the heart of  Brisbane’s CBD. The building is targeting ambitious and independently benchmarked environmental, social  governance (ESG) credentials of a climate active carbon neutral building, targeting 5.5 Star NABERS rating, 6 Star  Green Star Building Rating and a Platinum WELL Core & Shell rating. Construction is underway with a targeted  practical completion by end of 2024. 

In order to contribute to the high ESG credentials of the building, the mechanical services will consist of an optimised low temperature, centralised air handling plant with new generation HFO water cooled chillers and  optimised temperature splits for enhanced pumping energy efficiency.
