Discrimination and Harassment Policy

Dewpoint Group engages with our clients to understand their needs and have a focused, professional approach to deliver practical outcomes.

Dewpoint primarily focusses on the Mechanical Building Services Industry and our experience includes the Health, Retail, Commercial Office, Laboratory, Education and Residential sectors. Our team has extensive experience working on Tier 1 projects.

Within our work force employees can be of any gender and come from a range of ethnic origins and religious or political persuasions and be physically or mentally challenged.

The objective of this policy is to encourage awareness of discrimination and harassment issues, so as to eliminate discrimination and harassment within the Head Office and on-site locations for all employees and subcontractors.

Everyone who works for Dewpoint and everyone with whom Dewpoint has dealings has the right to be treated with respect and dignity. The Organisation will not tolerate discrimination or harassment. Dewpoint will take all complaints of discrimination and harassment seriously and will ensure they are dealt with promptly, impartially and in confidence.

Dewpoint will take disciplinary action against anyone who is found to be in breach of this policy.

Responsibility

A) The Directors have ultimate responsibility for ensuring Dewpoint is free of discrimination and harassment. Managers, Supervisors, all office staff, and employees are responsible for implementing this policy and to take immediate action to intercede and/or report whenever they witness any act of discrimination or harassment.

B) Managers and supervisors have a direct responsibility to ensure all employees and subcontractors are aware of this policy and adhere to it.

Our organisation will always encourage suggestions to improve our health and safety objectives and work towards creating a safe working environment.

This policy applies to all business operations and functions and binds all its relevant stakeholders.
