Dewpoint is delighted to have now completed the seven level Shell fit-out at 275 George Street. This combines modern open plan work stations, breakout areas and flexible office spaces. The project involved demolition and modification of the existing base build mechanical services with a number of new supplementary systems across the floors & upgrades to the sitewide BMS. Dewpoint in partnership with Buildcorp successfully navigated the challenges of working in a “live building” to deliver this project.
