Having been engaged by Hutchinson Builders for the last 14 months, Dewpoint Group is pleased to announce the completion of The Verge Retirement Village Stage 1 at Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. The project, that is situated adjacent to Burleigh Golf Club consists of one 6 storey independent living building complete with basement carparking & staff facilities. In addition to this, there is a new Wellness Centre that includes a modern gym, medical suites and a café which all residents have access to. 

Building 1 & the Wellness centre are served by multiple DX VRF systems. The wellness centre utilises a VRT system for billing while Building 1 is billed through the integrated Mitsubishi power apportioning.
